The Town of Edgewood is a residential community with a population of 1988. Nestled between farmland and forests, the Town of Edgewood is approximately 640 acres.

PUBLIC HEARING - April 12, 2010

There will be a public hearing on April 12, 2010 at 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held at the Church of God at West Anderson, 2205 Park Road.  Options for sewage rate control are:  Option 1 - Build our own Sewage Plant so Edgewood can control costs; Option 2 - Invest in Lapel's Sewage Plant and send our sewage to Lapel; Option 3 - Allow the City of Anderson to control our sewage utility and sewage fees.  Option 1 will be discussed at the Public Hearing.
